Northern Title was started in the 1970's in Logan, UT. Our first location was 147 N 100 E in Logan City. Through the years we have grown to 17 locations in Utah, Idaho and Wyoming. During the first 50 years we have closed and insured transactions while interest rate fell from 19% to 3% and back to 9%, endured the market meltdown starting in 2008 and lived through the Great Covid Pandemic.
As we have embraced technology, we transitioned from typewriters and carbon paper to todays environment of Electronic Documents, On Line Notaries, E Recording and Cloud Based Software enabling us to better utilize highly skilled employees. We will embrace future changes and technologies as we strive to grow the company when the right opportunities are presented.
